Lost Your Keys? Rekey While We're There

If your keys are lost or stolen, anyone who finds them may be able to open your door. Rather than replacing the lock, we can rekey it during the same visit: the lock stays on the door, you get new keys, and the old ones stop working. If the lock is worn or damaged, we can replace it instead.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will you have to drill my lock?

Usually not. Most residential locks can be opened by picking or other non-destructive methods. If a lock is damaged or high-security and drilling is the only option, we'll explain that and the cost before we do anything.

What do I need to show you?

A photo ID with the address, or another document that shows you live there, such as a lease, utility bill or mail. We check this before opening any home.

Can you rekey during the same visit?

Yes. If your keys were lost or stolen, we can rekey the lock right after opening it so the old keys no longer work. Rekeying starts at $59 per lock.

What are your hours?

Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 8 PM. We're closed on Sunday.
