Frequently Asked Questions

Will opening my car damage it?

We use professional non-destructive entry tools, such as an air wedge and a long-reach tool, that are made to open the door without harming the paint, glass or weather-stripping. In most cases the car opens with no damage at all.

What do I need to show you?

A photo ID and something that ties you to the car, such as the registration, title or rental agreement. We check this before opening any vehicle.

What if my key is lost, not just locked inside?

Then you need a new key rather than a lockout. We can cut and program one at your car — see our car key replacement service, from $119.

Do you work on Sundays?

No. Our hours are Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 8 PM, and we're closed on Sunday.
